BOOTSTRAP NOTES

Honest reflections from building Bootstrap Insider — one decision, one experiment, one lesson at a time.

Sent every Sunday.

Since I was 17, I’ve been standing on stages.

Small ones, big ones — first as a semi-professional musician.

And every time I take those three steps onto the stage, something shifts.

I leave a part of my everyday identity behind and step into the expectations of the audience.

Back then, I learned something powerful:

Music can open the door to someone’s soul.

But anxiety, stage fright, and overthinking can close that door just as fast.

It took me years to understand that a real “wow moment” only happens when you dare to open that door — fully.

Today, as a pitch trainer, I teach exactly that.

Because if you focus only on content, you risk shutting the door to your idea, your passion, your heart.

Some founders master this beautifully — but usually only after practice, failure, and a few shaky first attempts. And yes, the first time on stage is never easy. But after a while, you start to feel when that magical connection appears.

What I’ve learned:

Your role on stage and the expectations of the audience are not a burden.

They are the frame.

A frame that gives you the structure to open the door —

so people can step into your idea, your passion, your story. ❤️
